Is my 15 atk flareon viable with 5 def and hp?

So I was pretty stoked to find out my flareon had maximum atk, but would there be any issue using it with such a low bulk?

What level and what moves does it have? Pinap eevee instead of pidgey and look for boosted ones. I don’t think I’ve ever put 1 grain of stardust into flareon (opposite was true for vaporeon)

Same here. Never saw the need for spending dust on flareon (never used one for anything, actually).

You are better off spending your dust for blast burn Charizard, moltres and entei. If you missed them, wait for entei's return in the research breakthrough. In the meantime catch weather boosted Eevee.

Sounds like a great trading candidate - it could be valuable for someone else.

15 Attack is nice if paired with strong defense and stamina. By itself, it's not great. And since you probably don't plan on taking it to level 40, hitting the last breakpoint isn't relevant. I think you'd be better off with something with straight 12's - a little weaker than perfect, but solid.

Trading rerolls IV...so having stats such as 15A does not influence it's trade potential.

Yes there would. Flareon is glassy due to its small hp pool and may miss relevant bulkpoint with def and hp iv being that low. I wouldn't power it up.
Keep hunting during partly cloudy weather and catch high level Eevees. They become perfectly adequate attackers without any stardust investment.
