My 10km egg wishlist
So I have collected 8 10k eggs and have now put them all in incubators with the clear intent to evolve them all saturday morning during a lucky egg mass evolve on my 7 day streak day. Hooray!
It is an event with much promise and a huge risk of massive disappointment. This is my wishlist. Keep in mind that I am level 28. I have only played this game for 6½ weeks.
THE ONES THAT WILL MAKE ME SUPER HAPPY:
LarvitarYes, I know that Tyranitar outside of his high cp, isn't even all that great, but I don't have one and I want one. I have previously hatched ONE 80% Larvitar and nothing else. Have never caught or seen any specimen in the line in the wild. My one Larvitar I have walked 128,5k, which still puts me at a measly 52 candies. The goal is to get to 191 candies to evolve Tyranitar and power him up to level 30. For that to happen through walking I would have to walk my larvitar a further almost 700k. That's not happening, so I need help from my hatches here! I also really need something better than 80% when the main use of Tyranitar is that he has really high cp. Chansey
I have one Blissey and she is maxed out at level 29,5 right now at 87% IV. However, that still only put her at 2688cp and she has ZH/HB. I would really like another Blissey, preferably with Dazzling Gleam. I currently have 57 Chansey candy, so another Chansey would start to make it feasible to evolve another Blissey. Snorlax
I have three Snorlaxes, all through hatches. I have been lucky with those. However, since I only just started playing, I don't have any with Body Slam, nor will I get any. None of my Snorlaxes are maxed out and I only have 24 candy left, so a Snorlax hatch would be very welcome. Dratini
I have one Dragonite, which I caught in the wild. Not worth investing in as it is 31% with Steel Wing/Hurricane. I currently have 80 dratini candy and a decent 84% IV dratini. Would like some more candy and ideally also a higher IV dratini. Mareep
I have hatched three Mareep and have 79 candy. The best is a 93% IV one. Would have been higher on my wishlist if the ones above weren't so amazing. Really want an Ampharos but will likely only get Mareep candy via hatching as I won't see these in the wild and I'm unlikely to walk Mareep ahead of the top 4 - at least for the time being.

Aerodactyl, because I don't have that one yet. Lapras, but only if it is a good specimen. Have hatched two previously that were weak.THE ONES THAT ARE OK-ISH:

Miltank: Some say they are rare, my 10k hatches beg to differ.12.Mantine: They are cute, but everywhere and useless.
Sudowoodo: See MantineThe Pokemon in this category should 100% be demoted to the 5k category - or even the 2k category.
Overall, I think if 4 or more of the 8 are from the top category I will sing the praises of Niantic. 3 out of the 8 will make me satisfied. 2 will make me somewhat miffed. Only one will make me angry and 0 will likely make me quit the game altogether, LOL.

I'd prefer that though. The 10k egg just holds so much promise that you feel gutted when you just hatch another Sudowoodo or Mantine. With 5k eggs I don't really expect anything, I'm just happy when I get a Rhyhorn or a Tyrogue. As much as I hate hatching Paras/Wooper/Natu/etc from a 5k egg, it doesn't even begin to compare to the disappointment of seeing Sudowoodo/Mantine from a 10k egg.
I can understand that. My stance is that there should just be less junk mons in eggs even if eggs are harder to get overall. I don't really care what kind of egg it is. I do not want to waste an incubator on a Nidoran no matter what his egg type is especially when it could have been a Dratini. You are still stuck with the same odds even if you feel better about it.
There are too many useless Pokemon in eggs.
by dropping them an egg class though it halves the walking time and hence increases your turn over. I only use incubators for 10km eggs and the feeling that you have used and incubator on a mantine is $%^&. likewise there are lots of stuff in 5km eggs that shouldn't be there natu for instance which has got to be the equivalent of a spirrow.
I hope you have luck with the eggs. I hatched nine 10km eggs a few days ago and got 3 Pineco, 2 Dratini, 1 Sudowoodo, 1 Mantine, 1 Aerodactyl and 1 Larvitar.
It started with Pineco, Dratini, Pineco, Dratini, Pineco :S
I was happy with Larvitar (my 2nd) and Dratini candy is okay. The rest wasn't good, even though I sort of like Sudowoodo.
Would gladly have taken a Miltank because I haven't got one.
Got five 10km eggs now, so maybe I'll have better luck next time.

Yes, a good start. Later it turned out that it was a 91% IV, which is my best Dratini so far. Good hatch! - Larvitar!

Oh well, a great start and a bad finish. At least I didn't get any Mantines or Sudowoodos and I'm very happy with my Dratini, my Larvitar and my Mareep. Would have liked a Chansey and a Snorlax but you can't win them all. 3 out of 8 is acceptable. Now begins the next 10k egg herding. Hopefully I'll be able to gather a bunch for next saturdays mass evolve.
