My 100% IV pokemon - any use?

Currently I have 3 pokemon with 100% IV values. However, I believe all of them got sub-optimal movesets. What do you guys think, is there any use for any of them? All of them are level 20...

Crobat - Bite/Shadow Ball
Starmie - Hidden Power Bug/Hydro Pump
Espeon - Zen Headbutt/Psybeam

Answers

Espeon for Defense.
Starmie for a bad defender with a good moveset.
Crobat with a bad moveset, against psychic.

Eh. I wouldn't invest in Starmie or Crobat, but the Espeon is okay

I think is depend of your stardust. Actually at lvl30 only got 1 perfect iv (Ninetales near lvl 30 ember/fireblast).. If you really like some of this and got stardust you could power it up.
