Multiple devices and TOS
If I play on multiple devices (not at the same time), on the same account, is that against the TOS?
I have more than one phone (that is capable of running pogo) but there are times when for example I'm checking a document on my primary phone but i still want another phone to scan for me nearby mons when I'm sitting at college (or the occasional bad GPS and free egg distance drift) If I limit this to my own account is it still against the TOS?
Not trying to create any advantage by shaving with alt ac on other phone or something like that, just using it as a convenience for myself

That's a very good point. However I was just concerned that I probably at some point had the app opened on both phones at the same time (as in opened it on one but forgot to close one in the background on the other)
As I do not get an advantage over other players I assumed this would be ok. (unless you count 'being able to check messages on my main while having another phone checking pogo' an advantage)
PS This game is inherently unfair anyway..
Its not against the TOS.
Matter a fact many players play on multiple devices simultaneously with the same account.
I do it all the time when its time for mass evolutions. I use a single lucky egg on device A. then run the app on device B and C. When the game starts on device B and C the lucky egg carries over and I start evolving pidgey on device A, caterpie on device B and weedle on device C. At the end of a mass evolve session I can get about 300K EXP per device using a single lucky egg.
I also use 2 devices when camping. I can use device A to catch and device B to spin pokestops that are close. Its very effective way to keep exp coming in
