Multiple choice: When would you rather hatch a set of nine 10k eggs?

Candy for me. I can get dust from the park nearby, up to 15k a day if I really try. But I often find myself short on candy for the 10k egg mons.

Candy event. No use for xp for me now (or for any Level 38+) and desperately need candy for some 10k species (Chansey or Feebas for example). Dust you can always grind whenever and wherever, but Candy doesn't always come whenever.

I always love to get 64 candies out of one 10k egg.

Double dust hands down, there's never too much dust. I say this despite being able to farm 100k+ in a day if I really want to. The chances of hitting one of the species for which I actually need candy are not that high and the exp from hatching eggs is pretty marginal compared to mass evolving.

Dust most definitely. Because based on my previous luck, I would hatch 4 Skarmory and 5 Sudowoodo.

I'm not interested in getting more XP - I'm ok receiving Ex Raid passes before my fellow lvl40 raiders. (Sorry about that, guys)

I'd go for dust, would never like to see my face when hatching 64 Sudowoodo candies.

Candy for sure. XP here is a bare minimum of 10k a day with raids and much higher with catches and gym battles now that I'm in school (which has lots of spawns, stops, and activity). You really don't get that much dust from hatching an egg, and I get around 15k dust a day just walking between classes.

If I were to hatch even one decent mon (Let's say I hatch a Larvitar) and get 66 candies from it, well let's just say I'm very unlikely to Pinap 11 Larvitars in a day at school and would prefer that over the dust of a few hours' catches.

Interesting question and it's really down to what one needs, or want to achieve.

I thought I'd be sure of what I'd pick, but the more I think about it, the harder it is to chose.

I just reached lvl 39, so naturaly I'm aiming for 40 now, which means I need all the XP I can get.
But...

...I'm also at almost 4.5 million Stardust and have a goal to reach 5 million, so double dust would be great.

I have quite a lot of candies, even for the Pokemon found in 10km eggs (most of them anyway) and I rarely use any to power up. I'd like more, but that might not be a priority at the moment, though getting extra candies for the new Gen 3 Pokemon would be nice.

Even so, it's probably down to A or B for me.

I'll pick A, because it would be nice to just reach 40 and not have to think about that anymore (but I bet they increase the max level just because I reach 40).

Imagine if Niantic were to grace us with double everything, as well as shorter distance for buddies and eggs. Holy shit!

The answer to this is easy... dust... you can't assume you'd get anything that you want from the egg for candies but you know you'll get the dust.
