Movesets complete?

While acknowledging the hard an thorough work you gamepress guys put into this, I think that moveset ratings are not yet complete even though the update from 3/23 claims so.
E.g. Starmie has still the old rating, and legacy moves aren't even marked as such. There could be more examples, or only this one: haven't checked all.
I know that Niantic gave you a lot of work with introducing Gen2 with modifying existing moves; and I do not want to sound impatient. But it would be a pity to forget about Starmie (or others) and leave it out of the update.

Yes, that could very well be the reason.
However, they could/should add this note with the update: would not hurt.
At least, with that, we'd be aware that all the rest are indeed updated. Now there is a doubt lurking...
Back to the hidden power: would it be an oversimplification to make Hidden Power actually 2 fast moves: one with and one without STAB, and rank the moveset combos for both versions (instead of 1 or ~15)?
