I think it could be reasonable to be able to randomize moves for a certain candy amount or maybe add items to game to randomize either quick or charge move. I think that another option could be to make it possible to swap moves with another Pokémon so that you could put your best moveset to your best IV Pokémon. However, I don't like the idea that you could teach Pokémon moves that they normally can't learn.

Moveset changes
Just curious as to who all thinks niantic will add or who would like to see moveset changes in the future. Maybe they could even allow Pokémon to learn moves outside of their standard set of moves. For example poliwrath with cross chop. I would like to see it, but doubt it will ever be implemented as I'm sure they value the diversity and the game of chance during evolution. I'm sure they also value the continued money they get for coins that are then used to purchase incubators as players continue to try to land the good IVs and the evolutions with ideal moves. A reroll for the cost of dust or something would be a nice add though. Wasting candy on evolutions can be frustrating when they don't turn out. I continue to hang on to my high IV failures just in case though. One never knows.
