Is this moveset as bad as this site says it isv

Sadly, I'd say probably yes - that's a "bad" moveset. Compared to Counter, BP does lower DPS (even before factoring in the loss of STAB) and does not attack super effective into normal-type mons. Machamp's primary role is as a niche attacker into Snorlax and Blissey; losing the higher DPS plus SE bonus of a fighting quick move will make these matchups a lot less favorable.

FWIW I have a legacy KC/Cross Chop Machamp at lvl. 30, and while it does a pretty decent job against Snorlaxes and Blisseys, I don't find it to be amazing - it takes a while to defeat opponents, and my Machamp takes a fair amount of damage while doing so. I'm guessing this BP/CC Machamp will perform similarly, if not a bit worse.

Bullet punch is not good

Works well versus Tyranitar (not as good as dual fighting moves), but otherwise lacking.

My condolences man! Don't get frustrated and power it up though! I'm sure the next evolution will be C/DP.

It's terrible. Very very disappointing.

I got one of those. Tried it out for the first time, and it was at less than 10% hp after finishing off a 19xx CP lax, dodging most charge moves (I think I may have missed one slam dodge?). Terribly disappointing, really garbage.

Never ever hope when evolving something, just evolve and be ready to transfer it. I've got my C/CC with this mindset, and I'll probably never evolve the 1609 CP Machoke with KC/DP raised from a 1000+ Machop I accidentally caught. At least not until they make Machamp's both quick moves fighting type.
