Motivation decay has changed?

Has anyone noticed someting about different speed of motivation decay?
Miltank from screenshot isn't feeded, but it still has about 75% of motivation after 7 hours in gym.

The lower the full CP, the slower it decays.

This is why I put in hatched Snorlax rather than powered up ones...they just last longer until they fully decay.

Yep. And 1k Chansy’s. I’m glad to have saved so many of them after all.

Isn't that about percentage loss? That after 8 hours every Pokemon will be at zero motivation? Which means that 3000cp Pokemon will lose more cp but still the same percentage as 1000cp Pokemon

The entire decay system is messed up to the point trainers have no idea whats going on and that is why we still discuss it. This should be on top of Niantics to do list.

There’s no such thing as zero motivation because then that means each Pokémon’s CP would be 0.

That’s not the case. They eventually stop decreasing but if you multiply the CP when it’s no longer decaying by 5, you can see what everyone’s true CP is and can tell who’s dropping junk still.

Yeah, perfect defender might just be a 1200 cp Chansey.
