Most gyms you've held at one time?

18 I think. I'll usually boost them up a level or two after I put in. Coincidentally I asked something similar just a couple minutes ago.

I believe my record is a mere 5 as well :/ There are a decent amount of gyms that remain dormant for a good amount of time but without having access to a car, it's quite the pain to reach a respectable number of gyms.

My record is 19. I was playing at night till the early morning because I wanted to reach Lvl 30 and still needed XP, had a mon in every gym in the area where I play.

Taiwan player here. The most gyms I can occupied at once are three. I only go take down the gyms on my way home after work each day.

I live in Chuanghua county where gyms are as rare as they get.

But still, usually these gyms will be taken down within 10-20 mins by spoofers.

5 is the most I've managed - I struggle to hold onto 2 or 3 long enough to claim the dust

The max gyms I have hold at one time are 8, never managed to get the 10 gym bonus, my town has only 11 of them and 2 are very a part, near the river, if someone day I do a gym run with car I could probably hold 11.

But I don't worry too much about it, normally I get 5-7 per day on my way to work and it is enough to stop using money in the game if you have the patience, I normally save 400, buy 2 upgrades, then save 1200 and do a round of incubators, then repeat the process.

There are 2 gyms at the train station near my home and 2 near the place I work, so I usually get 4 rewards a day. I managed to have 12 gyms once, when I went to a small town with a historic center (--> many pokestops and gyms, few active players) and there I met a local from an opposing team that was just about to attack one gym and after a chat he pointed me to another gym and "allowed" me to take it down, collect my reward and only then he started to recapture them all.
At that point in time I did not know that rewards are capped at 10, and I only realized when I captured that "last" gym that I actually had 12 mons in gyms.

16 right now. 10 of them staying since august :)

Probably about 7. Normally I just go for 1-4 but sometimes at night if I go for a ride I can get 7-9 if I want to.

Last Saturday from 0 to 22 in +-4 hours, probably my record. I am lucky, I am living in a city with more than 50 gyms less than 10km from my house.
This morning already down to 5...
Went again this morning to increase to 10 for the daily bonus.

2 gyms (all we have here).

14 or 15 at one time is my record. I usually manage to get the 10 gym bonus, unless I have a lazy phase. I'm lucky enough to have 5 permanent gyms (some of them since two or three months).
