More Raikou raids or change to TTar?
I'm a casual player, and usually only use my daily pass to raid(may buy premium from saved coins). The highest Raikou I currently have is 1898CP, 93% IV (I think 15/15/12). Should I try and look for a 1900+ Raikou? or Should I change focus to Ttar? I'm still trying to get a Ttar from raids that's 90+ and 15 attack.

yeah TTar, the rng for a high stat raikou is pretty rough. i have raided 63 raikous and i have only 1 x 96, 1 x 93, 2 x 91 a lot of 84s and less. i see a lot around 1858, and transferred 2 raids i just did today. i think i have only seen 1 above 1900 and he split. but hell who knows you may get lucky to see one and lucky to catch it.
I would keep raiding Raikous, catch as many as you can and get candies. Raikou is going to stay for a few more days, and then the next legendary beast will come. When all the legendary raids are gone you can keep going for Tyranitar and other lvl 4 raids. Also, you might not find many people around raiding lvl 4 raids unless its a sponsored gym.
Raikou is the best electric type pokemon in the current meta. So even if you dont find a higher iv one, earn more candy so you can power him up cause its worth it.
