Moltres level up
Looking at leveling up my moltres today, saving all raid passes for zapdos now so not catching any more. Out of these 3 which would be preferred level up.
Option 1: i have 2. 95 IV both with 13/15/15 cp 1856
Option 2 : IV 91 with. 13/13/15 cp 1846
Option 3: IV 89 with 15/10/15 cp 1846
All movesets are fire spin/overheat
Im leaning towards the 89 because of the 15 attack... thoughts?

Invest more heavily in option 1.
If you are interested in powering up multiple moltres and taking one to level 30 or so, you can invest in the 15 attack to a lower level (30?) but won't have the survivability of number 1. Unless there happens to be a breakpoint at level 38 or 39, the 13 attack stat will matter very little And you will have the strongest possible moltres with 15 IVs where needed most.
