Minimal Legacy Move Changes

Based on the 10 newly released moves (or to be released), I am not expecting large changes to move sets of Pokémon to make things legacy. Looking at the list, five are signature moves (origin pulse, psycho boost, precipice blades, doom desire, and present). While some other can learn present as an egg move in-game, I only expect delibird to get it. Beyond that, yawn seems likely to be the quick move they give slaking to deal with the monster CP. Draco meteor can only be adding to dragonite (and family) and kingdra. I expect this to be a one bar move.

Outside of those, there is waterfall and takedown (both fast) and surf (charge) are moves that are being added. These have a wide range of who can learn them. Personally, I like the idea of a new fast water move. But with only these three really being added, not expecting a huge shakeup.

That being said, dragonite could lose outrage for Draco meteor. Gary could lose hydro pump or outrage for surf. Those would be the only ones I'd worry. Again, this is speculation, but is based on the information we have. Re-balancing is always possible too

There have been times when there were no moves added to the game, and yet some pokemon movesets became legacy.

There is no correlation between moves added and how many 'legacy' move sets will appear. It is entirely possible they could make legacy mons by simply changing the possibilities using moves already in game.
