Milotic Community Day?
Is it likely for Feebas to have a CD? And what would it get? (All I could think of is either Water Gun or maybe Bulldoze which will make it an even better defender)

Evolving Feebas into Milotic requires you to walk it 20 km; giving that to get the CD exclusive move you need to evolve the CD Pokemon during event hours, I would say Feebas would be a poor choice unless they make something special like the Eevee CD or december CD.
I think the upcoming event is their solution for such situation.
If they do the same as with Eevee, then they should either shorten the distance for walking or give us like a week to evolve the Feebas.
Eevee has 10km to evolve into Umbreon or Espeon, but on the other hand it also has other evolves. Feebas has a single one and it also demands twice as much walking.
Normally people want to evolve a few Pokemon on the CD, so imagine wanting to evolve five Feebas, that's 100km :S
