Worst case scenario: you get a better Mewtwo later and then have two Mewtwos which can be set to have two different movesets for different raids.

I've got 14a/13d/12s my very first, quite similar to yours, got it to lv32, if I ever get a better one I will swap this one to focus blast and get shadowball on the better one. 80ish candy isn't insignificant but not drastic either. In the end he will be of use one way or another
