Mewtwo power up

I've taken 3 Mewtwos to level 30 and kept 3 more at level 20...my best so far is 13a/13/11. Taking things to 30 is not a big deal...however, if I were to finally get one with 90% IV not sure I could muster the strength to even get it to 30

If you think you won't get another ex raid pass (Trust me if you get 1 you will likely get multiple in a row), do it.

I'm having the same dilemma. I caught my first at 79% (10 attack). I'm going to wait and see if/when I receive another EX pass after the new tweaks they've implemented. If I don't get another one soon I'll pull the trigger and power it up.

Got my first Mewtwo yesterday and she has 80IV as well. Right away, powered her up to L32 because I have long been wanting a Mew2 to solo a Confusion/Focus Blast Alakazam, but only to find out this morning Mr. Zam is no longer in the raid boss list !
