Mewtwo, how many non-SB do I keep?

I have 38 non-SB M2 between two accounts(wife quit playing and I kept it running :)) I know Fire is worthless and have been trading those back and forth between the accounts.

Are you all just keeping them in hopes of new moveset options? It's fun to have a full page of M2s?
Very curious how people are handling the glut they acquired.

We all went into this month more or less expecting these mewtwo would amount to nothing but psychic attackers and candy grind for out good mewtwo after Shadow ball was removed. I'm only keeping maybe 4 or so of the best ones I got, the rest hit the grinder, their 3 candy trade is more useful than them.

I'm expecting niantic to release a Psystrike raid day sometime in the future and out current non shadow ball ones to be rendered obsolete by comparison, given what they did with Zapdos and (to a small extent) Moltres.

Prior to the moveset changes, I only wanted four Mewtwos: a C/SB, a PC/SB, a C/P, and a PC/FB. I already had them prior to Mewtwo month, powered up to levels 37, 37, 35, and 33 respectively, and was mainly just interested in farming Mewtwo candies during the month.

With the new moves added, I now intend to keep a total of eight: adding a C/IB, a PC/IB, a ??/TB, and a ??/FT. The ice beam ones are both 96%, and are already powered up to L30, which is enough to make them my best attackers into Rayquaza. The TB one will probably be powered up someday, but not anytime soon. The FT one was caught weather-boosted, and I will probably just keep it as is, with a CP of 2800 or so.

I really wasn't intending to keep a TB and a FT, but they have good enough IV's and/or were caught at L25, and they have some niche uses, especially when weather boosted, so I'll hang onto them.

All the rest have been, or will soon be, traded for the candy.

One side effect of the move changes is that my double electric Mew (CB/TB), which was already pretty marginal as an electric attacker, but possibly viable against blizzard Kyogre, was rendered completely irrelevant by TB Mewtwo. It took me six charge TM's to get it a different decent charge move (blizzard), and 12 fast TM's to get a decent quick move (FB) that synergizes with blizzard, so now it is a double ice Mew, which is still outclassed by IB Mewtwo, but not as badly as it was with the underwhelming electric moveset.

It depends on your playing style. SB mewtwo the best for raids and although many might disagree; FB mewtwo is awesome to use in gym battles considering the type of defenders that people drop in gyms. For keeps, you can consider keeping IB, Psy and TB, but there are better specialists out there (now and soon to be released).
