Mewtwo event rumor

Not fair, why all in Japan? There were Laprases and Snorlaxes there. Can Mewtwo not being a regional Pokémon?

Aside from being April fool's day, it sounds like both sites have way too much info. When, where, how long, can't use berries. Doesn't sound legit.
