If they are hard to obtain, yes. A 0% Mewtwo is superior to a 100% Alakazam. They’re very good regardless. Congrats on capturing yours 👍

Yes. Every Mewtwo is worth powering up, with regard to IVs.

I got lucky and got a Mewtwo during the test phase and haven't gotten a usable pass since then. Mine is 78% and I powered it up. I have no regrets as it is insanely powerful. If you don't expect another pass any time soon, go for it.

I used to think the same, but now I am at 7 Mewtwo and got a 96% today. Maxed that one and, after some field testing, I concluded it doesn't seem that useful so I wouldn't spend resources on it if I were you. Best use if raid filler which is lackluster in a world of specialists. No one really NEEDS a Mewtwo in their team

Yes, definitely. No need to max it out, but you can power up to 30 with no regrets. My best is 80% after 4 invites... I'm using him as a regular for legendary raids.

Both of my Mewtwos are 80%. I powered them up to level 31 - probably wont go higher than that but no regrets about taking them up that far.

Well my first M2 was also 77% with 14 atk, so i maxed him, didnt think i was going to get another one. Then 2 weeks later i got a 100% one. Maxed the second one aswell xd.
