I tried my new Mewtwo C/FB level 20 against a 1900 Snorlax a little while ago, that wasn't amazing or anything. As much as I know at the moment.

My one fight was a 1900 Snorlax with Body Slam, I compare it to a mid level 20s Focus Blast Alakazam, but I didnt have to dodge against a "tough" defensive moveset

I have plenty of gym sweepers of different types already. I think my first to be powered up will be aimed at raids, assuming I catch more than one.
