Metrics for quick attacks
I use a simple metrics for quick attacks: I just weave damage with one good charged move, that makes them comparable. The list below is weave damage with avalange (2.7 sec, 50 Energy, 90 Dmg), but surprisingly, the results with Hyperbeam are similar.
This makes me sure, that it is possible to compare quick attacks independent on charged attack, and that this metrics is useful for this reason.
Surprising result: The range is small, little more then 10% from best to worst. As somebody else stated before: There are basically no bad quick attaks at the moment.
