Massive Power Up

After much temptation, I was able to hold off on powering up my Pokemon and currently have 500,000 Stardust. I know it's not that much to many of you, but after going from level 26 to 32 in a little over a month, I want my Pokemon to fit my level.

I have so many Pokemon I want to power up I don't really know where to start. I am hoping some of you could help me decide what is important and what can wait. Here are some of my notables:

Venusaur Lvl 20 96% IV
Charizard Lvl 25 89% IV
Blastoise Lvl 20 98% IV
Machamp Lvl 20 87% IV (15 Attack)
Alakazam Lvl 25 91% IV (11 Attack)
Golem Lvl 20 91% IV
Exeggutor Lvl 27.5 96% IV
Rhydon Lvl 23 82% IV (15 Attack)
Gyrados Lvl 27.5 89% IV (15 Attack)
Lapras Lvl 20 93% IV (15 HP)
Snorlax Lvl 20 91% IV (15 Attack)
*Just had 2759 CP run on me the other day
Articuno Lvl 20 93% IV (15 HP)
*Had a 100% IV run on me today :(
Dratini Lvl 20 87% IV
Dragonite Lvl 14 82%IV(13 Attack, 15 Defense)
Heracross Lvl 27 73% IV
Donphan Lvl 20 96% IV
Donphan Lvl 20 91% IV
Tyranitar Lvl 20 96% IV (15 Attack)
Tyranitar Lvl 20 91% IV (15 Attack)
Lugia ×3 Lvl 20 93% IV

It takes 75,000 Stardust to go from 20 to 30. There are only a few I am considering taking past 30 because of the power up drop off. Candy is not an issue as I have almost 400 rare candy. Planning on power up my best Zapdos in the next month.

Just to make sure, you don't have high level pokes not listed here?

Edit to add: You must be hatching like crazy lol

No. My highest CP is my 2547 Gyrados. Sorry for the lack of detail. I've been hatching more than usual but mainly it's the Raids. I've caught 14 Tyranitar, 12 Articuno, 4 Lugia, 8 Machamp, 5 Rhydon, 6 Snorlax, 7 Exeggutor, etc.

Ok.

Well, since in theory we are talking about from scratch building, then both Ttars. This is tough advice but obviously you're raiding with a pro group. I'd get some rock mons up there to earn balls for these legendaries and hold and save. If you want to solo certain mons then I could recommend others but really I'd be rather conservative in your spot.

Ok. Thanks for the advice! The 96% Tyranitar will definitely go all the way. The 91% would be nice to have as well since it could have Bite and Crunch.

Looks like you aren't having problems being in successful level 4 and level 5 raids, however, I'd immediately power the 96% Tyranitar. Depending on your geodude candies, Golem as well. It is very convenient to have a functional dragonite--I sweep the last round of any gym takedown in 45 seconds, I still wouldn't use rare candy on it--dratinis hatch quite a bit if you churn through the small eggs

I was saving up Dratini Candy for a Dragonite been then caught a wild one with good IVs. So, I currently have 128 candy. I would like a better IV one though.

Ok, so i'd power up Venusaur (VW/SoB), Machamp (C/CC or DP), Alakazam (PC/P or FS), Golem (RT/SE or RB), Exeggutor (ES/SoB), Rhydon (MS/EQ), Snorlax (L/HB or BS), Articuno (FB/IB or B), Dragonite (DT/O or DB/DC or DB/O), Tyranitar x2 and Lugia (ES/FS or SA)...but 12x75000 = 900k...so with 500k dust i'd focus on Venusaur, Machamp, Golem, Rhydon, 1 Tyranitar (B/C), Dragonite and Lugia = 7x75k = 525k.

The Exeggutor and Gyarados are already close to level 30. Depending on their moves, they could be worthwhile pushing them the rest of the way.

What moves are on your Tyranitar? Machamp? Golem? Dragonite?

Do you have any high level Eeveelutions? Vaporeon with Aqua Tail or Hydro Pump? Jolteon with Thunder Shock/Thunderbolt? Flareon with Fire Spin/Flamethrower or Overheat?

I have plenty of TMs to use. Almost 50 total. Tyranitar has Iron Tail, Stone Edge (quick fix). Machamp has Bullet Punch, Close Combat. Golem has Mud Slap, Stone Edge. Dragonite has Steel Wing, Hurricane.

I live in an area where Eevee are plentiful. I have a Flareon, Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Espeo with IVs 89% or higher and CP 2100 or higher.

Since you are mostly into doing raids (given your 400 rare candy at a relatively low trainer level) definitely level both tyranitars and golem to 30. If your dust is really burning a hole in your pocket you could level machamp to 30 as well, but I'd probably rather have more tyranitars. I'd hold off on the dragonite since it's lower level, not great IV and most likely will show up as raid boss eventually. I'd save the remaining 200k dust for other legendaries and/or more tyranitars.

Haha thanks! I guess you can never have enough T-Rexs! I'll probably not spend all of it but a good amount

I brought 4 raided Machamps to 28 and one to 26...in the hopes of raiding more Tyranitars (and to beat neighborhood gyms in 5 minutes)...TTs didn't formulate and gyms suck. Still I have 3 Tyranitars level 30, if I had any more of the big guys I would be making 5, 6, or 7 right now with no worry that I was behind the curve.

Forget about IVs, you already know that stardust is the most limiting resource, so favor the the starting level over IVs.
Having that said, power up the main attackers: Tyranitar, Dragonite, Machamp and Golem. The more the merrier.
Also, if you have plenty of Eevees spawns, don't bother spending dust on water, fire or electric attackers, simple evolve high level wild Eevees and you're good to go.
