test it yourself? it probably won't be optimal though, normal type defenders have faster moves (compared to bubble) meaning you'd need stronger attackers to defeat them fast enough without taking damage, which will generally require higher cp and therefore won't get the maximum prestige.
could work against level 1 graveler though.
