Machamp - what to do?

Hey,

I have 4 Machamp:
- 91% 15A, 2571 CP, level 33 (C/DP)
- 89% 14A, 2562 CP, level 33 (C/DP)
- 78% 15A, 2405 CP, level 30 (C/DP)
- 78% 13A, 2402 CP, level 30 (C/CC)

I caught a 93% with 14A (BP/DP) after a Solo Raid - getting a strong IV one has been difficult

Is it worthwhile to Fast TM and power up?

Candy and Dust are not a problem

My Gym Meta is very competitive and I always have to use my best 2 Machamp (usually reviving or healing a few times)
