Slowbro will not get you ahead of the curve. You will loose time...Now to your team...Exeggutor is not ideal because Psychic is a weak move. The key is first to dodge with Espeon and Alakazam. You have to get off 2 FS with all three or you will lose for sure! Dragonite is fine but both of them could use some more power ups. Check the breakpoints. The Dratini event will help here. If you have a Lugia or to a lesser extent ho-oh they would asure you the win. I use Lugia, Ho-oh and 1 Dragonite to finish it off, thats how strong those two are in this matchup.
Yes, but you need to dodge quite a bit against HS and DP. You can likely do CC with minimal dodging but I would dodge anyway just for practice. As has been said already, getting off 2 FS with each of your glass cannons is the key. As long as you do that, their TDO is good enough for the solo and DPS good enough to put you well ahead of the clock.
It usually takes some trial and error to figure out how you solo each thing, so I recommend having some revives in pocket and enough time in the raid to retry if the first or second attempt fail.
