clearly you're maxing it out asap. Also, you have 15 in Machamps weaker stats. Weaker stats improvements are way more important.

Push it until it is sufficient enough to get a 3000CP Blissey down, thats what I would do.

I only push those Pokemon to the max, which I use as defenders for gyms, everything else gets pushed to the point where it's sufficient to take down opposing teams gyms.

You shouldn't max it out, just bring it to level 30.

Why did you evolve a Machop with 11 attack if that stat isn't good enough for you? You are only bragging.

Any Machamp above 10 attack IV is already good.

You should have asked this question before evolving.
If you are planning not to power it up even if it gets best moveset, the best would have been not to evolve it 2-steps at all, but to have saved the candies for a better evolution candidate or to simply mass evolve your machops.
