LVL 17 legacy SC/SBomb Gengar 15A
Considering the following roster (in no particular order against mewtwo of course) is it worth the dust to lvl 30 and TM to shadow ball? Or boost some of the following to 30 for less dust?

I have a 2010 SC/ShB 82%, another one that is decent IVs and just below 1400cp. I've been trying Alakazam solos when they are near, my past 3 have been Confusion/FB; Confusion/Shadowball; Confusion/Future Sight--all fails, C/ShB and C/FS were close b/c I'm loaded with Tyranitars...sure my better Gengar could be more powerful but Gengar is less than worthless versus Confusion--so that hasn't mattered yet.
If you are powering up specifically for Mewtwo it'll have to go higher than level 32. You have to consider the D/S stats too or else it'll be useless vs half the movesets (namely the confusion movesets).

Meaning you definitely have to spend some dust on #6 if you are going to use it. So it is not worth it to power it up and stop leveling at 30 for the legacy, however, SC is MUCH better than H in this matchup.
