Lure = all water pokemon

I just used a lure triyng to catch some grass mons of the event and all I got was water:
Staryu
Slowpoke
Omanyte
Psyduck
Mantine
Chinchou
Magikarp
...
That's a fisrt for me. Not complaining though

Maybe they took my advice

I'm in a water biome but this event seemed to give more grass AND more water at the same time.

Lure gave me predominantly grass mons though, bulbasaur twice, chikorita, oddish twice, pidgey, gastly, bellsprout

That's the strange part. I'm in a grass biome and only got water from the lure.

Actually sorry, I said lure but I meant incense (the personal one)

If you are talking about lure, then I have similar experience to you. All the lure places have been stuff like magikarp, goldeen, staryu, chinchou, slowbro etc

However, these are all lures from the river bank, so I'm not sure how that influenced that.
