Is lugia any good?

says it all, does it have a use. It can take hits like a boss, but can it deal the damage? Is it worth the dust investment? Mines 15/11/14 with ex/as. Best moves and 89% if, just don't know if he's worth investment

If you like the idea of attacking with snorlax then lugia is a better version of it. I usually use my snorlax to no dodge sweep all 6 of a gym on its final motivation drop. Will try this out with lugia but I assume it would do better, as snorlax is rubbish against itself and blissey.

I tried my 96% Lugia with Dragon Tail/Future Sight.. Attack seems slow and damage is low when compares to Dragonite when I try to sweep past 6 gym defenders on their last motivation round. For now, I still prefer my Dragonite... Lol
