Yeah, that is pretty good. Only question would be if it is male, you might consider waiting for Gen4 to evolve it to Gallade.
Any Kirlia can evolve to Gardevoir, but only male Kirlia can choose to evolve to Gallade.
If it is male, I would wait until the end of the psychic event to decide. You might get another good IV and/or lucky Ralts before then to help that decision.
If it is female, that makes the question a bit easier. There was speculation about a possible Ralts community day, which would include an exclusive move, but that is kind of uncertain now with with Beldum community day skipping over several other rare Gen3 community day candidates.
