The Lucky Pokemon Question

So if you get a Lucky Pokemon at lets say 50% IV would you power that up for half the cost of stardust vs a 100% IV one at full stardust cost?

Looking at the breakpoint calculator I mean you may be out 1 Damage. Unless you have Thundershock that the break point is like inbetween lvl 31-35 because of how low the damage is. Not sure what I would do.

My first/only Gardevoir came from a ''decent'' lvl 33 Ralts. I had several ''amazing'' lvl 20 ones but I opted for the huge stardust and candy savings. It's a tough question to answer without taking stardust, candy and movesets into consideration

I'll guess that luckies will be hatches and research catches. Getting a level 35 lucky might not be possible. Again a guess, but a way to steer to incubators and walking/playing instead of raid driving.

From what i've read about Lucky Pokémon so far they will be connected to trading rather than research or hatches.

100% at full cost. That's easy. I don't know in closer situations. 73% lucky Vs 87% normal (both similar attack), I'd go for lucky. If it was Vs 93% normal, I'd probably pay the full cost.
