lucky hour or what ( RNG isnt random i tell you )

So I was bored and was looking on move lists for different pokemons and noticed I don't have confusion for almost any thing.
I have lots of drawzee candy lets evolve one , - bam confusion / future sight ,
ok that is good , I need more vaparion lets hope for one out of two
- bam both vaps
alakzam candy is rare and i really want confusion / Fs every one talking about ,
- eveloved my highest lvl and I do get Cf / Fs
, then my luck wasn't so good with a sheldar and machamp but back
- Finally finished with a double phsyici exagator ( I don't have one )
Conclusion : randomness is far from true that is what I feel specially today
