Lucky eggs: keep using or wait double XP events?

Since I use maybe 2 or 3 eggs during double XP event I can use any of may 21 as soon as hit the 70+ evolve elvel.

I have collected candies and pokemon to get to level 38. I want to max some of my pkm, so i do not want to wait.
I will do lucky-egg-evolution-sessions until 38 this week, then i stop evolving and collect candies again, waiting for (a) reduced lucky eggs and (b) an event.

I always wait for double xp. Only reason I'd evolve before then is to clear up some spots, which I don't need

I'm currently half way to lvl 37. My goal is to hit lvl 38 so I can max out pokemon if I wish. I have about 19 lucky eggs left from the last shop event and with that being said I'll wait till the next xp event.

I use for weekly evolve sessions and special events only.

I do see players at legendary raids using them right as the raid starts. Three raids with lucky egg = 30,000 extra XP.

Recently reached level 39, as 40 is the only thing left for me I have absolutely no hurry to do mass evolve sessions, I need also a lot of xp in front of me because I am at 650k/5M so I will wait for the next double xp event saving tons of candies and species until I fill my box. I am now at 2.4k pidgey candy, 1k rattata and around 1k of other species like ledyba, sentret, etc. It will probably be a loooong waiting process, but I want to reach level 40 during the next double xp event, hopefully before the end of the year.

Stocking around 600 to 700 Pokémon for double xp events. Everything above that number I'll use as normal lucky egg.

Save for double XP events, I'm not in any rush to get to the next level so I'd rather get a bit more value from my eggs.

I always save for double XP...I got 1.6+ mil just on evolving last time and did 13 evolution parties...
