Lucky egg evolutions using multiple phones?

I have never tried this method. Legally, I would usually make 80-85 evolutions and I was perfectly fine with that.

But, now with more than 1100 evolutions on hold (waiting for double xp event), I started taking into consideration about using multiple phones to mass evolve all evolutions that I have. Maybe.

Has anyone tried this method? Is it dangerous? Could I get banned because of doing this?

Personally, I think it's the same thing as you catch manually one Pokémon and at that same time you catch the other Pokémon using your Go Plus.

It is very likely against the ToS, however it's something that you probably won't get banned for doing, similar to powering up Pokemon got level 40. I'm honestly not sure if this method works though.

I've looked in the ToS. I've never seen anything against it.

If you have something you can cut and paste that might apply, go for it.

It works. 3/4 devices is more than enough.

I'd be furious if someone would get banned for this, but not all the spoofers who are reported a trillion times by so many different players.

It's a tricky subject.

I read the ToS some time ago and couldn't find anything against it, but I think I read a post on Silphroad where some people talked about this and atleast one mentioned that someone had been banned for doing it.

I used to do it all the time, huge time saver!
But now that I'm 40 I refuse to evolve another Pidgey.

Pay to win: regardless whether it is buying 1000 storage spaces to evolve enough to need 5 phones or a few extra lucky eggs or getting 250 extra raid passes, etc. The internet needs reactions like yours to be expressed, but whatevs

Don't be a cheater.

How can you have 1100 evolutions on hold if the maximum bag space is 1000? Or... just how many accounts do you have?

I read it as having 8k or more Pidgey candy, plus other evolves. That would take a long time, even spread out over 7-10 days. People type confusingly, for example you said bag space--in my mind bags are for items. I interpret storage for holding Pokémon

I don't want to buy that much storage space, so when I get to 1500 pidgey candy I think about using earned coins on lucky eggs. Some players really hold out on XP'ing their candy out. I'm at 1500 again but I'll probably go to 2500 and then evolve to maintain that number. Obviously people have time to evolve (especially us since we are on this message board) but during a double xp event they get crunched and shredded. I'm not hardcore efficient evolving but I also realize there is no difference between 39 and 40--absolutely none

Have played enough game to know that you cannot dissuade cheaters. Cheaters and cheaters on the verge will cheat.

I just wanted to add that in the bigger scheme of things, is it that important to be the 150,000th player, as opposed to being the 151,000th player, to achieve 40? It matters not to anybody else. Only that you who look at the account everyday.

I saved an hour of my life by using 3 phones instead of 1 so it's not just that. Mass evolutions are a pretty mindless activity.

By the time the double xp event comes, I'll probably have 2000 evolutions. Maybe I don't have 25 lucky eggs or 12-13 hours to perform all these evolutions.

Some people who object might to be more perturbed by someone having multiple phones than by whether you're saving time. Consider that iPod Touches and iPads also work, it doesn't have to be a phone or anything with cell access at all. I use my iPod touch for all sorts of PoGo tasks at my desk while my phone is recharging, and often both happen to be logged in at the same time. I can't imagine any ToS or even plain old "sportsmanlike" objection to this.

Also people I know who have done the multi-phone Lucky Egg evolution trick many times have never been banned, and they generally just borrow a family member's or friend's phone for 30 minutes in order to do it. They don't maintain 2 phones just for Lucky Egg purposes!

Previously, I've heard of a handful of people being banned for this.

Just play the game as it was intended, and you won't have to worry about these types of questions.
-And to answer a previous comment, it does break TOS. Clearly states not to use multiple devices. Look it up. Closely. I don't have the burden to have to. It's not my account that will be banned. Cheers!

Where did you find in ToS state about using multiple devices?
