Low cp but high IVs Eevee worth?
Im level 23 and i have an Eevee cp 144 with 97.8 IV should i bother to evolve it and see if it turns into a good moveset vaporeon or flareon and then power it up all the way to acceptable cp, or just evolve high cp eevees with 70-80 IV ?

I get tons of Eevee's, and here's what I do:
Transfer any that aren't 82.2% IV's or higher (top appraisal).
The top appraisal one's I evolve. Then, if they don't get the best attacks, I transfer them.
If they DO have the best attacks, I just keep them as they are, without powering up to use as low CP attackers to boost gyms.
All of you guys, I suggest that you don't transfer any Vaporeons, no matter how low CP they have. This is because Vaporeons are beasts at training gyms. Let's say someone adds a 1200CP Flareon to a gym and you want to train against that, < 600CP Vaporeon will demolish it and you will be awarded with +1000 prestige points very easily. For this reason, don't transfer any Vaporeons. I evolve all my Eevees, as a matter of fact, I might even favor lower CP Eevees for this very reason.
