Months ago, GamePress published an article with a chart comparing currently released species to those in future generations:

How does the defensive rebalance affect the chart?

Isn't it pretty obvious? The max CPs change. The pokemon in the chart are ordered by type and generation, not by stats, so there isn't much information value in looking at the changes. General rule of thumb is that most attackers got tankier with the rebalance.
