List of mons found within eggs

Ok so this probably will piss off a big chunk of the pogo players but dont you think the variety of mons found in eggs is too small? I mean realistically every basic species should have a chance to hatch.. Ofc people who fight alot in gyms want those top tier mon candies but for me my goal is simply having the best possible mon for each species, not having lots of the same meta mons and I have a reaaaally hard time finding 82+ iv mons like houndour (y I found a wonder of every one except houndour in the event so far and guess what? he doesnt hatch!) hoothoot meowth chinchou hoppip mankey duduo venonat sentret sandshrew snubull magikarp and even ledybas spinaraks weedles caterpies ratattas and pidgeys. Because of how my collection is so far I would rather have those hatching than getting streaks of nidorans staryus goldeens and krabbies. For instance I need a good spearow so badly that I would rather hatch one instead of a fucking dratini atm. At least the common pool would have a little more variety..

I agree, there are of bunch of mons I like that are not deemed very good but I just like them cause I do. So I too would like to be able to hatch them to get a high IV one that I can evolve with it’s ideal move set.

Im glad im not alone. We cant really go wrong with most mons its just a matter of whos more efficient. I guess thats important cuz battling is rly all about time spent unlike the main series where typing would allow single or double shotting an oponent and not having to repeat the same battles LOL

For whatever reason I have been holding off evolving a bunch of Starmies until Gamepress updates the moveset ratings...Might power up my psybeam one to stick in gyms just to mess with people...

I have no problem with all mons being in eggs. They just cannot be added in such a way odds wise that they hurt the quest for A tier mons. Oh and

Well the rarity tier odds would be the same and independant of the specie odds so we would still have the same chances of getting the rares were looking for. Is there any major flaw im missing with this?

No you're correct. It makes no difference what is in eggs as long as (X) desirable mon is a 5% chance per hatch (or whatever.

If that percentage changes though that's not good. The odds are already rough.

I'm not sure you understand. Some rare mons are effectively only in eggs. You are ok with putting more mons in eggs, as long as the chance of getting a rare one does not decrease. You need to make up your mind.

What tier of rarity mons are on effects the overall rarity. I don't care what is in eggs as long as my chances for getting Tyranitar, Dragonite etc don't go down. Other less important mons can be added and ones already in eggs can be shifted to a higher tier of rarity. Thus you can have unavailable mons in eggs without making desirable mons more rare than they already are.

Btw im sorry about the rambling but to put things in perspective I have 2 dragonites and like 5 dratinis. Considering evolving a third but I dunno if gonna power it up again instead of another pokemon I like. If trading was available atm I would trade like 4 wonder dratinis for a wonder duduo spearow meowth and a god damn houndour but rly almost any mon I listed I could trade for a dratini even weedles and caterpies
