Legendary raids going forward

Now that Ho-oh's come back in a similar fashion to what happened with Lugia, I think we can also expect to see raid days of the beasts. Seeing Ho-oh come back has also made me start agreeing more with the idea that the ultra bonus isn't Lugia, but Mewtwo as they're now moving passed gen I. (Though i hope they dont change the EX raids, no EX gyms around here)

As for the weather trio, theres robably a dozen different way they could come back, do you think that after regirock they'd bring Groudon and Rayquaza back, or would it be too soon since their last reapearence and would move onto gen IV legendaries? (assuming gen IV comes out before/when regirock ends)

If they already brought Kyogre back (released after Groudon) with a shiny form several months ago, it is certainly not too soon for Groudon and doubtfully too soon for Rayquaza by the standards they set.

Also...Suicune raid day would be something to behold, shiny or not.

Thanks, I was kinda on the fence about what they'd do for the weather trio seemed like it was in a gray area for time, I hope they bring the other two back before gen IV (only have kyogre)

I mean I'd raid suicune, dont have one, even if it was a research breakthrough, could be useful in PvP and the rewards

I don't see how it would be useful in PvP. It's Vaporeon only without move synergy and 50 health and several DMG.

I would suspect that Groudon or Rayquaza should be coming back very shortly. I’m guessing after Regirock to hold a gap for Gen IV legendarys. I would guess we will have an event with the Beasts as we did with the birds sometime next year.

Lugia as ultra bonus is ultra dissapointing, as it would be the 4th time. Hopefully gen4 legendary, gen4 release or shiny mewtwo.
Hopefully also a change for ex raids to happen in the early evening.
We could get shiny Ray/groudon after regirock and
probably moltres day after the Japan event.

I fully expect we will not see the legendary beasts in raids again until after October when they leave research breakthrough boxes.

Based on what we have already seen, there should be a 3hr Moltres raid day, Groudon and Rayquaza should return with shiny chance which could last for a few weeks each, and now there might be a few days of Lugia again.
