Legacy Omastar Rock Blast vs. Ancient Power
Hello guys. I have an Omastar with Rock Throw and Ancient Power. I know GP has Rock Blast rated higher than AP, but by how much? Ive tried using the Go Battle Sim, but I cant seem to get it right. Should I TM him? Is there that big of a difference? And can anyone give me a few pointers on running these sims myself?

I had a similar Omastar with rock throw and ancient power, tried using it for some time but ancient power is really too slow and late. I TMed it to Rock Blast for smoother experience. Damage is more or less close. Ap 3.5 sec 70 power. Rb 2.1 sec 50 power. 1.4 sec difference is about 1.5 rock throws which is 12+6 to compensate 20 power difference moreover there is about 7*1.5 ~10 energy extra gain or fast move time can be used for dodging.
In the end without rock slide damage output is around golem level, not marginally higher. There is also rock tyranitar and gen4 options. That being said I maxed out my rock throw/Blast Lord Helix and had quite fun with him.
