Don't know much about preferred IV distribution but here's my dilemma:
Latios 96%-14/15/14
Latios 93%-15/12/15
Which is preferred?

93%, if attack is 15.

This. Dragon Breath is a low damage move, which means that hitting a breakpoint gives it relatively more dps than if it would have been a high damage move. With 15 attack, you'll be able to hit any and all breakpoints.

Are there any relevant breakpoints at level 40 that a 14 attack would miss? I haven’t found any. Sincere question. My best one is 98% with 14/15/15. I have a 93% with 15 attack but would rather go with the 98.
