Latias lost DC

And gained Outrage, why?!? Diversity is a good thing and giving most of the usefull dragons in the game Outrage is a shame

Tell me, how exactly am I going to TM a move that a pokemon cannot longer learn?

Easy answer is that Outrage is better and Latias has low attack stat so they wanted to buff it. Outrage does make it a more menacing raid boss for sure.

Sounds reasonable, unfortunately we have to wait another month to get Latios

I think you're totally right, just like Lugia: Mewtwo getting Psychic vs Lugia getting Future Sight and Rayquaza getting Aerial Ace vs Lugia getting buffed Sky Attack. Probably just a way to balance unimpressive attack stats.

I would like to see more diversity in moves. I love Dragon Claw. I would be for a rotation of moves and not just pure legacy. I mean give us Omastar with rock throw. And if they want to balance Pokemon, why not more double rock moved? Double bug on Armaldo? A fairy quick move?
