Lapras Moveset
Hey all looking for some help, Lapras is one of my favorite and want to power up another to level 30 to destroy all the dragonites in my area. I have 96% level 20 with FB/IB, level 20 89% with FB/Blizz and level 24 84% with Ice Shard/IB.....ty for any input

My initial thought was 96% your right good moveset, but than I've read blizzard is "significantly better" bc ice beam won't finish off a dragon and cook down will take extra hits. The diff in iv is nothing especially for attacking so I guess it's just a question on what moveset people prefer and if you think iv makes any diff for attack
I use a LVL21.5, 1533 CP FBxB, he takes 3530 SWxDP's w 1 charge dodge. I think your target level is high. I may push him up a little to deal w DTxO & H, but not much.
I have 2 others higher than him, but I use those to power through Dragon / Flying gyms. I'm still analyzing my Lapras tho, after the set balence and nerf (smmfh). ???
