Lapras.. is it worth it?

Lapras is incredibly rare, depends if you have any other Laprases. You could either wait for a better one (which could happen in months) or level this one up and enjoy the game! You decide

I'd recommend you to power this up. The chances that you find a better one are very low, you should be really happy that you got such a good moveset. Just to wait for a better IV one could take literally years with the same moveset. It's an incredible Pokémon and no reason to not power it up.

Yeah, in my city at least, never even seen a Lapras on radar, neither got from 10km eggs. Go for it, it's gonna destroy Dragonites anyway. If you manage to get a better Lapras, you'll have 2 great Lapras which is awesome.

I got the same Lapras from an 10km egg, its 73% IVs (11-10-12). So I guess the same question goes for me.
