Lapras with IS and DP - useful use cases?

I would consider him for def if in your area is not hard to get a dragonite, in which case most attakes would be dragonite, so he could be usefull

there is no such thing as "bad lapras" there are good ones and excellent ones. This one will be good on defense.

If the IVs are top tier and you dont have anything better, power it up. IMO Ice beam is the best for def and offense. Not sure why, but DP just hits very very hard. IMO Blizzard is the worst def moveset. So yours is the second best.

Do not power it up until you have enuff candies to get it where you want. You may get a 100% lapras tomorrow right after you use all your candies. Its funny how this game will give you stuff after you waste resources.
