Lapras
I've got this lapras for a while. The attacks are ice shard/ice beam. The problem is the cp is quite low... is it worth spending all that stardust to max up? Hp 14 / Atk 10 / def 11. Iv 77.8%.

Lapras is only really useful against D-nite in this meta, and you can get more efficiency out of just leveling a Cloyster (got plenty of candy from the Solstice event). Cloyster base defense high enough to tank at least one Dnite matchup if you have two ice moves and around 2000+CP. It's not optimal for raids either, so save your stardust for something a bit more useful. You could even use Dewgong or Jinx with ice moves if you don't like Cloyster.
