Lapras
I have a Lapras with FB/B that I hatched during Easter with A/S/D 12/13/11 (80%). I have enough candies to power it up to level 26.5. Currently my Dragonite killers are 2 level 30 Cloysters with double ice moves and my DT/O Gyarados. Otherwise, it's an assortment of sub par generalists. Should I power up this Lapras, or is it not worth it?

That's where it's right now, except it's actually a bit higher than ideal prestige range in my area, so I stint end up using it too much (I have a seadra, jynx, and dewgong I use more).
I guess my big question would be how much better is this Lapras at 26.5 (and higher eventually) than my 2 Cloysters already at 30?
I've had a FB/B Lapras that I've been maxing for a long time. He was even my buddy from November-February for the candy that's otherwise hard to find. He is an awesome dragonite killer. Later I got a double ice move Cloyster (they are hard to find here) and it was supposed to have the best move set but I've been really disappointed with it's lack of bulk, the Lapras is so much tankier.
