Kyogre Raid Parties?
Here is my Kyogre Raid Party that is built with 2 situations: If it has Blizzard and if it does not have Blizzard.
On the left is when Kyogre does not have Blizzard. The moves are:
Exeggutor on 1st slot: Bullet Seed/Solar Beam (I just charged tm this guy, so not tested it yet)
Dragonite on 2nd slot: Dragon Tail/Outrage (Just charged tm it, not tested it yet)
Exeggutor on 3rd slot: Extrasensory/Seed Bomb
Dragonite on 4th Slot: Dragon Tail/Hurricane
Exeggutor on 5th Slot: Extrasensory/Solar Beam
Sceptile: Bullet Seed/Leaf Blade
I can replace one of the Sceptile with a Groudon that has Solarbeam if the leviathan has Thunder. I used to use Ludicolo too and trust me it survives quite well in most situations. For the most part, Waterfall doesn't really affect much like other fast moves; It's the charged moves that are lethal.
If it has blizzard i use a completely different team that is recommended by Silphroad Reddit. It seems to survive well at least.
Jolteon: Thunder Shock/Discharge (Sorry i do not have Raikou)
Gyarados: Waterfall/Outrage
Ho-Oh: Extrasensory/Solarbeam
Tyranitar: Bite/Crunch
Hariyama: Counter/Dynamic Punch
Arcanine: Snarl/Wild Charge
The purpose of this is to survive at least 1 blizzard guaranteed for each pokemon before Kyogre gets killed, I've considered Lanturn but dispatched it, and so far i only saw 1 Kyogre with Blizzard, which it worked well to survive as all of these pokemon save for Jolteon take at least 1 Blizzard while doing good damage.
So what do you think about this team layout and what do you use to Raid Kyogre? (6 Raikous i guess, but sadly they aren't rerunning the beasts anywhere soon)

If your Groudon is high level you should use it against Blizzard too. Sceptile would be a much better choice in the Blizzard team than Jolteon, better DPS and more reliable damage output.
I'm just going for DPS personally. Got 2 teams ready to make rejoining fast, 1st team has Raikou, Groudon, Sceptile, 2 Eggies, Victreebel. Against Blizzard the Eggies come out and are replaced by another Victreebel and a Zapdos. Team 2 has 2 Jolteons, 2 Dragonites and whichever 2 pokemon are left over from team 1.
Blizzard is brutal! I question the use of Gyarados and Hariyama, Kyogre is not weak to their attacks. I would try to power up another SB Ho-Oh or two, if you have them. I am using Charge TMs to convert my best Ho-Oh's to Kyogre blizzard counters.
My current starting team for blizzard Kyogre is
Raikou (lev 38)
Raikou (lev 30)
Ho-Oh (lev 37)
Arcanine (lev 35)
Tyranitar (lev 40)
Groudon (lev 40)
For a Blizzard Kyogre I'm actually considering a Hyper Beam Snorlax. (Maybe even Slaking?) Not everyone have six fully powered Raikou.
Reasoning: One fired off Hyper Beam is better than 0 fired off Solar Beam. With the dodge glitch my Eggys are jut coming and going in a second. I'm sure Snorlax can withstand at least one Blizzard.
