Kyogre exact IV

This is the best Kyogre that I could catch, is there a way to figure out the exact IV? I use Poke Genie and it output either 91 percent 14A/12D/15 H or 93 percent 13A/14D/15H.

I think gymhuntr works if you put it in a gym, but legendaries can't be in gyms now can they

If it's your best Kyogre you could catch and you're going to power it up anyways, the IV results will be refined after powering it a few times.

Power it up once and assess it again. It usually points you to the correct answer.
