Kirlia

Oh, man, so many ways to take this somewhere, ....

We expect that after Gen4, male Kirlia will evolve into Gallade, a fairy/fighting pokemon, while female Kirlia will continue to evolve into Gardevoir.

My take is that Gardevoir is more powerful, the Fairy/Psychic typing is very strong, and Gardevoir is probably the only high CP user of Dazzling Gleam with STAB (same attack type bonus). Weaknesses to Bug, Ghost, Poison and Steel aren't that bad, Dark makes her somewhat vulnerable (and Ghost to SB Mewtwo).

Gallade could be really good if they give him a strong moveset, like Counter/Dynamic Punch, but an inferior moveset could mean he's less useful than Hariyama. Hard to say right now.

I'd just hoard all of them you can find, with power up punch being found in the code (someone in my dscord mentioned it and crab hammer) we might get a move shake up in gen IV like what happened with Gyarados.

Gardevoir's a hardline machamp killing specialist and nothing else really on offense (though isnt good agaisnt any set where its got steel moves) if togekiss gets a fairy fast move it will surpass gardevoir as a fairy attacker agaisnt dark and dragon types. And since male or female kirlia can evolve into gardevoir, i'd just hoard all the ralts you can, gardevoir might tbe good on gym defense if you can coordinate with a group, but i'd wait on evolving until gen IV drops. As things stand now, they arent much use

wondering if Niantic will give us a new moves for Gardevoir or Gallade on Commday if the Ralts Commday starts when the gen 4 released next year.
but I bet Gardevoir will takes the crowns (to make her relevant against dragon, she need a fairy type fast move)
