What do you guys think is the best kingdra moveset for attacking

Probably DB-Outrage, it's a solid counter to water type pokemon as you will get double-resistance, and you can deal unresisted STAB damage with double dragon attacks.

Yep, definitely DB/Outrage, anything with water moves and he compares unfavorably to Vaporeon. I got water gun/HP on mine and just released him cuz I didn't want to look at that

I have one with watergun and outrage :/

DB/Outrage followed by DB/HP and basically any combo of things that don't include Blizzard. Badass move but no Stab.
